BNB!!!!!!!!!!

BNB stands for Beer/Budweiser and Babilam. In case you're not familiar with the term babilam, its PORK NUGGETS. DEEP FRIED PORK NUGGETS. There are 3 plates of babilam, I ate 2 plates, what do I have? Happiness... I have happiness... (totally stole that off a 9gag comic).

But really, BNB has been a long standing tradition between Kitty and myself. And lately, we both seem to be so busy that BNB has been forgotten for a few months! The HORROR! But today, out of boredom and frustration at the state of my FYP, I decided to reignite that BNB spirit.

So there we were, at Top Ten (is that even the name of the shop?), trying to get us some BNB, but only 1 B was available. No pun intended. And it was Budweiser. No babilam? You gotta be kidding me! We traveled all this way too!

Instead of crying over missing babilam, we decided to take the adventurous route and ordered a plate of ginger + soy sauce deer meat and another plate of soy sauce cooked wild boar. Me being me, I went on to dip both meats in the chilli that we love eating with babilam. Turns out, the chilli killed the wild boar. And not in a pretty way. It took the entire soy sauce goodness of the wild boar away, leaving you with just an unsatisfied feeling of having eaten a piece of wild boar but without that wild boar taste. It's like durian, where you can smell it, but when you eat it, it tastes like sponge cake. Now how would that feel huh!

However, the chicken rice chilli (I don't know the real name, but it's that watery chilli thing you find in EVERY chicken rice shop) + deer meat was DELICIOUS. Kitty was staying away from the deer meat before because he didn't really like the overpowering deer meat smell, but after I advised him to try it with the chilli sauce he ate the rest of the plate. SAY WHAAAT. WHAT ABOUT MY SHARE MAN??

It's ok, he gave me the rest of the wild boar XD

BNB's are always so much fun. Sharp minds bitching about routines and things we consider stupid. It's refreshing to see that Kitty has not lost his spunk. All in all, I had so much fun that I think a good night's sleep is awaiting me. Dreams about unicorns and rainbows hello!

Goodnight world. Hope you dream of unicorns and rainbows too.

When it rains, it POURS.

So I was ordered to redo my Final Year Project with new a new design criteria. So today, I was camping at uni trying to wait for the rain to stop so that I can get on with determining those criterias. But it never stopped. It just went on, and on, and on, much like the niagara falls, but ALL OVER THE PLACE.

I tried to keep myself entertained, singing songs, exercising, kicking the air, playing phone games etc. But the rain... the rain was just killing me bit by bit. So I decided to saw some wood I had left in my car just to kill the boredom, and there was an extra bit of wood (approx. 50cm) left over.

With the extreme amount of boredom and the NEED to expend energy and brain power, I invented the game now known as woodballminton. It's simple, all you need is:

1. 1 or 2 equally sized wooden planks
2. Some tissue paper
3. Some cellotape
4. Person playing the game

So what you do is roll the tissue paper up into a ball, tape it in all directions so that it stays in a ball form and so that it's waterproof *very handy during rain I tell you* and start hitting it with the plank.

You may sustain wrist injuries from the sheer weight of the wooden plank BUT IT IS FUN!!! I forced chinese to play it with me and he totally KO after 15 minutes. I think. And it's challenging too, because the ball is kinda light so it is often carried to a different direction by the winds/eddies around you.

I'm thinking of adding some ground rules to the game, namely no hitting the other player with the wooden plank and no disrespecting the ball. If the ball shows sign of dying, please protect it with more cellotape la. As the weight of the ball increases, the amount of energy you spend on playing that game also increases. GOOD CARDIO.

To play alone, just think of it as Pong. Try not to let the ball touch the ground or another way is to practice serving/smashing/curving the ball.

After typing all that out, I do realize that I was extremely bored and you should not judge me until you have played woodballminton. Side note, woodballminton also shown slight side effects of temporary memory loss:

Case (1): TEQ parks her car on the right, keeps thinking its on the left
Case (2): Chinese forgot to ask about external hard drive
Case (3): TEQ forgot to tell chinese to move WrtchdBtch to Block D until after reaching Block D.

NOW WHO WANTS TO PLAY SOME BALL???!

Rehopping onto the blogging bandwagon

Hello, kind people of the universe. I bid you well.

Here's me, once again, attempting this "blogging" thing, which I have first attempted when I was 15 and openly forced most of my close friends to join in the rah-rah madness of this blogging phenomenon that has swept the world by storm.

Anyway, the decision to once again, write, stemmed from my desire to inspire positivity into the sometimes gloomy majority of the world. Though I do warn you all who are reading this now, there may be times when even I myself become a little hypocritical and start ranting about things of all sorts, but no matter what, I promise to end the post with a silver lining.

So cheers to a Monday successfully passed folks.

Till then. :D
